LATE ARRIVALS

It is best to arrive 10 minutes before your scheduled appointment time. If you arrive later than the scheduled time your treatment may need to be shortened or rescheduled. To receive the best experience out of your treatments, please arrive on time!

CANCELLATIONS & RESCHEDULING

Your appointment is important to us and is reserved especially for you. We understand that sometimes adjustments are necessary. Therefore, we respectfully request at least 48 hours’ notice prior to your scheduled appointment time for any cancellations or rescheduling of appointments.

GIFT CERTIFICATE

We offer Gift Certificates of any value. They can be purchased at our No.1 Skin Clinic, online or over the phone, please ask our friendly staff for more information.

We do not accept any returns of or offer reimbursement for any payment transactions on gift certificates, lost, misplaced or stolen. Gift certificates cannot be redeemed for cash.

QUIET ENVIRONMENT

As a courtesy to other clients, please maintain a quiet level of conversation in the waiting area or reception. Cell phones and all mobile devices must be turned off or put on silent when checking in.

CHILDREN & VISITORS ACCOMPANYING THE CLIENT.

We are unable to accommodate visitors or children accompanying clients in the treatment areas. For the safety of your children and the comfort of other guests, this policy is strictly enforced.
